March 29th, 2023. Last week, armed with Lactaid pills and a winning smile, I trekked across downtown Chicago for Crumbl Cookies. And, much like my first kiss, I give the experience a 6 out of 10. When I arrived on Michigan Avenue, I squeezed my way into the small store between families of tourists bundled within an inch of their life.
