Mix first six ingredients in medium bowl. Spread in ungreased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle chili powder over top, adding more if necessary to cover. Add layer of Monterey Jack cheese then layer of cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with chili powder. Bake in 350°F oven for about 20 minutes or for 40 minutes for a crispy effect.

We will be riding Devils Dip this Saturday March 23. Meeting Loves 6035 E Minerva Ln Kingman, AZ at 9AM leaving at 930AM. This ride is a 4 of 5 difficulty. The trail itself isn't really hard and not crazy rocky but does have a lot of high altitude climbs and descents with off camber dips in various areas.

Put the cream cheese in a small to medium sized mixing bowl and beat until smooth. I find that using an electric mixer helps me to get the best results. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put first 7 ingredients into a medium bowl, mix well. Spread in ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Layer next 3 ingredients, in order given, over bean dip mixture. Bake in oven for 25 - 35 minutes until crispy. Garnish with jalapeno pepper slices.

I love this dip. I also add 1/2-1 tsp. of prepared yellow mustard for extra zip. Be sure the cream cheese is softened before trying to mix. It makes it much easier. It will firm up again after you chill it. Great with crackers or slices of cocktail or French bread. YUM!
