Cala Barques is a sandy beach located in the small town of Cala San Vicente, in the municipality of Pollensa, in the north of Mallorca. It is a sandy area of about 70 m in length and 40 in maximum width. At both ends it is flanked by rocky areas, and constitutes the mouth of the Les Rotes Velles torrent, which descends from nearby La Mola.

PLAYA DE CALA BARQUES Cala Barques was the first beach we visited in Mallorca. We arrived on the ferry from France at the ungodly hour of 6 am and although we'd arranged an early check-in to our holiday rental, we still had a few hours up our sleeve to kill. We decided to head to the small resort of Cala Sant Viçenc to watch the sunrise.

Cala Barques es una preciosa cala de arena situada en el núcleo costero de Cala Sant Vicenc (San Vicente), a 7 kilómetros de Pollença. Cuenta con unas preciosas vistas a los acantilados de la zona. Al sud, se halla separada de la playa vecina, Cala Clara por la Punta dels Ferrers. Al norte, Cala Molins, la cala principal de Cala Sant Vicenc.

Cala Barques. In the small beach town of Cala San Vicente, you can soak in the sun at this sandy family-friendly beach.. Our final beach of the day was Playa de Cala Llombards. It's a lovely little bay that is perfect for families and kids. It was plenty big and had a beautiful sandy beach. This was the only beach that had chairs for rent.
