I swap my 450 between trail and SM (well I used to, before I added a 690 to the fleet) Even the lightweight KTM 320mm disk and the stock caliper (with relocater bracket obviously) works great! I've raced a 525 with this setup - no problems (I don't think I'm hard on brakes - other have overheated the thin rotors, racing)
