G is for Gingerbread Cookies Gingerbread is a wonderful addition to the holiday season. All children love cookies and Christmas seems like a time for cooking. One of the activities is to make gingerbread cookies and of course eat them. Twice, I made a life size in my career I made a life size cookie with my class to share with the entire school.
