Eating my grandmother's hand-dipped chocolates was something I loved so much. After spending my childhood Christmas seasons devouring her chocolates, I greatly desired to learn how to make them. In 1998: as newlyweds, my husband and I made a trip from Southern California to Provo, Utah to have my first official chocolate-making instruction.
