Pierre Marcolini seemed like THE upscale chocolatier in Brussels with their nice shops, great service and impressive ganaches, pralines, truffles and single plantation bars. The prices are very fair for the quality. I ended up paying €250 for three Grand Crus assortment boxes and a stack of Kendem Lembu and Los Rios bars.
