Let me be clear, I'm not saying that the food is bad, per se - but the presentation is just awful. Every Publix I've been in (and having grown up in Florida it has been quite a lot) has such a small counter and truthfully the fish/meats never really look that great. I feel like this is one of the few things missing from the customer experience.
