How to Make a Layered Cocktail. Blue Layer: Add 2 cups of ice, 2 shots of Smirnoff and 2 cups of blue Hawaiian Punch into a blender. Blend on frozen drink mode. Pour into the bottom of a tall glass. White Layer: Add 2 cups of ice, 2 shots of Smirnoff and 2 cups of lemonade into a blender. Blend on frozen drink mode. Pour on top of blue layer.
