Aiden/Ian would have been a good choice (for almost anyone else), but Carrie/Susan loves Big/Mike. Love is something you can't (and shouldn't try to) fake. For me, Ian and Susan had no chemistry (whereas Carrie/Aiden did). They're a bit too different. Ian would have worked better with someone like Bree. Susan and Jackson didn't have chemistry.
