Here is my mom's version of Special K Loaf: 1 bx of Special K cereal 1 large cottage cheese 1 large chopped onion 5 beaten eggs 5 packets of G. Washington brown & rich broth 1/2 pecan meal 1 stick of real butter melt butter, G. Washington broth, and onions together until onions are tender. Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased.
