SNOW BISCUITS : 1 pkg. dry yeast 3/4 c. warm water 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. Wesson oil. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix dry ingredients. Add Wesson oil to yeast. Mix with dry ingredients. Knead and roll out. Cut and let set for 30 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 12 minutes or until brown.

Melt the chocolate with the butter. Press 2 tsp of instant coffee through a sieve, mix with 30g of milk powder (instead of 40g of milk powder) and add to butter and marshmallow mixture.
