Cover with plastic and place in refrigerator for at least 60 minutes. When ready to bake preheat oven to 350˚F. Carefully roll dough into balls 1 1/2" across. Roll each ball first in granulated sugar then in powder sugar. Place on lined baking sheets 2" apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned on bottoms.

Add the vanilla. Scrape down the bowl with a spatula. Combine the flour, soda and salt in another bowl. With a whisk, stir to combine. With the machine on low, slowly add the flour. Again, make sure you've finished the above steps first and then remove/rinse/dry the #4 tip and attach it to the pink frosting. Outline and fill in the umbrella. Attach tip #2 to the brown frosting and create small dots at the points of the umbrella. Connect the dots to the top of the umbrella with straight lines.
