The Cafe Du Monde location we tried was in the Outlet Mall as the other locations had crazy long lines. The staff at this location all looked & acted like they hated their jobs to the point of being rude and not smiling. We found the beignets to be chewy and solid and the chicory coffee was very bitter. Definitely would not return.
